From hotel lobbies to Canary Wharf

Renowned Homes started lean. Calls from cafes, viewings booked from a phone, meetings hosted in hotel lobbies across the City and Canary Wharf. The first few transactions were closed without a desk, without a sign on the door, and without a marketing budget.

What we did have was access to the right developers and the discipline to run every deal end to end. That earned the next deal, then the one after. Within two years we moved into our own office on Marsh Wall in Canary Wharf, structured a buyer advisory team, and added an international desk for UK-bound investors.
